Options Counseling

Long-term care options counseling is a process whereby older people and/or their families are supported in their deliberations to determine appropriate long-term care choices. Find out about available resources. To discuss your options with our staff, contact infoassist@aaani.org.

Case Management

Case Management is a consumer-driven service intended to empower and assist individuals, caregivers and families in making choices concerning in-home, community-based or long-term care services.
